We can administer routine medication (like oral tablets or topical treatments) if you provide clear written instructions and the medication in its original, labeled packaging. We only administer pre-filled insulin pens/syringes or similar devices, and only with your written authorization and a veterinary prescription. We don’t perform other injections or medical procedures. This is limited to routine administration as directed by your veterinarian — it isn’t medical treatment on our part, and we’re not liable for adverse reactions or missed doses if your pet doesn’t cooperate.
-
Please disclose any known health conditions, behavioral issues, allergies, or special needs your pet has, along with accurate emergency contact and veterinarian information. Pets should also be up to date on required vaccinations.

Violet Pet Care is fully insured, and we take reasonable care in providing our services. However, we’re not liable for pre-existing conditions you didn’t disclose, injuries or illness from causes outside our control, or issues arising from undisclosed health or behavioral information.
